CUT, CRUSH, DECAY: a mixed reality dance installation

Process
I laser cut the wood backing, then created molds to hold the substrate and spores (from Grow.Bio) for the mycelium to grow within.
The title design had a progression of crisp edges in CUT, bumpy surface in CRUSH, and an unbound clumps in DECAY with the beginnings of fruiting bodies visible.
Mycelium
