Repetitive tasks are prone to error. To best serve patients, nurses are trained to go through multiple medication checks. This virtual reality simulator trains and tests nurses without risk to a patient.
Summary
The Virtual Reality Simulator enables Registered Nurses to practice proper procedure for medication administration to patients. National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded with support by Baylor & UT Southwestern.
